At Plain Texts, every piece is thoughtfully designed, crafted in limited quantities, and made to be cherished. We encourage mindful shopping. However, if you need to return or exchange an item, please read the following policy:

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, only in the following cases:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered

To request a return:

• Visit our Return Portal and submit your request with order details.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• We do not accept returns due to size, preference, or change of mind. In such cases, please opt for an exchange.

After quality check, approved returns will be processed.

2. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of delivery via our official website.

• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging.
• Provide a reason for exchange and mention the desired size.
• Replacements are shipped within 14 days, subject to stock availability.

As our pieces are produced in small batches, some sizes or styles may be unavailable or take longer to restock.

3. Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds as returned products enter dead stock and cannot be resold.
• In rare or exceptional cases, a refund may be approved and processed within 14 days.
• We encourage exchange over refund to support conscious consumption and reduce waste.
